What Youll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatments
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs and history
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2+ years ER nursing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preferred:
- Additional clinical certifications
- Specialized ER or trauma experience
