Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Waxahachie is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department on night shift. Department Highlights:
Level IV Trauma Center & Primary Stroke Center (Submitting level III Trauma designation)
37‑bed Emergency Department
65,000+ visits annually
Supportive, collaborative team culture
Staffing & Schedule:
Nurse‑to‑Patient Ratio: 4:1 standard, up to 6:1 for low‑acuity patients
Full‑Time Nights | 3 (12‑hour) shifts
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
Active RN license (Texas or compact)
At least 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
Critical care experience required
Strong assessment skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
