RN Director of Personal Care Services

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Personal Care Services to lead and oversee personal care operations in the West Palm Beach area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys combining clinical leadership with operations, team development, and exceptional client care. The Director will play a key role in ensuring high-quality services, regulatory compliance, caregiver performance, and an outstanding experience for clients and their families.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Personal Care Services program

• Oversee the delivery and quality of personal care services provided to clients in their homes

• Complete and/or oversee client assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical supervision

• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with physician orders, care plans, company standards, and applicable regulations

• Supervise, support, and educate caregivers and clinical staff

• Participate in hiring, orientation, competency assessment, and ongoing staff development

• Monitor client outcomes and address changes in condition or service needs

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Partner with scheduling, recruiting, operations, and business development teams to ensure appropriate staffing and continuity of care

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community resources

• Assist with quality assurance, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Help support the continued growth and development of Personal Care Services throughout the market

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Home health, private duty, personal care, or similar community-based healthcare experience

• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to lead and support caregivers while maintaining high standards for quality and service

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working collaboratively across clinical and operational teams

• Passion for helping individuals remain safe, independent, and well cared for in their homes
