Presbyterian Homes & Services - Langton Shores is seeking a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator to join our TCU/Long-Term Care team.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Clinical Administrator reports to the Administrator and directly supervises all staff of care center clinical services which may include: Clinical Coordinator, Home Care Health Services, and RNs, LPNs, Medication Aides, Resident Assistants. The Clinical Administrator also oversees the use of contracted services for clinical care.

The Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the clinical staff and program in order to ensure the delivery of high quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices, such as:

Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $103,251 - $135,517 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
