Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent dialysis experience in an SNF or acute setting within the last 2 years; ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg experience; Charge RN experience required. Job Duration : 3+ Months
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week; Monday–Saturday, 4:30 AM–8:00 PM or until all patients are treated.
Pay Range: $56/HR to $63/HR on W2.

Job Description:

• Provide specialized outpatient dialysis nursing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, manage dialysis treatments, troubleshoot clinical issues, and drive anemia management, fluid optimization, and adequacy outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise patient care technicians, and support patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement.

Required Education:

• Associates or higher

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of recent dialysis experience in an SNF or acute setting within the last 2 years;
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg experience;
• Charge RN experience required.

Schedule Notes:

• 13-week contract.
• No On call required.
• Floating required between Highland Ridge-Radford and Harrisonburg-Winchester facilities.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
