At The Ivy, our seniors deserve the highest standard of care — every single day. We are family-oriented and committed to family-centered aging through generations. We lead with integrity, compassion, and teamwork. We believe in collective ownership — stepping in, following through, and doing whatever it takes to deliver excellence for every resident and family.
We are looking for an RN Designee who is meticulous, decisive, and committed to flawless care. Someone who can handle interruptions and distractions without ever compromising accuracy or quality.
As an RN Designee, you are at the heart of clinical excellence. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor care to guarantee that every resident receives the highest quality service.
You are friendly and approachable — but focused. You know when to talk, when to listen, and when to act. You follow established processes consistently, yet you know when improvements can be made — always within guidelines.
Every day is different. Urgent situations arise. Families call. Residents need attention. You respond with urgency, stay organized, and ensure no details are missed.
This is a role for someone who believes that attention to detail saves lives, builds trust, and strengthens our community.
You will thrive here if you catch every detail, execute with precision, and maintain composure under interruptions — all while being approachable and professional.
At The Ivy, clinical leadership is about more than compliance — it’s about protecting, supporting, and elevating the lives of our residents.
We work hard, hold ourselves to high standards, support each other, and laugh along the way. If you are a nurse leader who thrives on precision, excellence, and positive teamwork, you will fit right in.
Apply today and help set the standard for exceptional care.
