Shift: 3rd 12 Night (Auto Offer) | Hours: 36 or 48/week
Deliver coordinated, high-quality nursing care to CVICU patients.
Supervise and direct nursing staff and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – preferred
Acute care experience – preferred
Active RN license in California – required
BLS/CPR certification – required
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team.
Provide patient and family education.
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.
Delegate and coordinate tasks among healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR.
