Pay Range: $45.78 - $82.98 per hour (based on experience, education, and applicable agreements)

Make a Difference in Critical Care

PeaceHealth is seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Float RN to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple critical care areas, including ICU, ED, CVU, and PACU-bringing your expertise where it's needed most.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct, professional nursing care to critically ill patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with clinical standards
• Delegate and coordinate care effectively within the care team
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
• BSN preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in ICU, ED, or Stepdown
• Ability to care for a wide range of critical patient populations
• Experience across multiple specialties is a strong plus

Note: This is a float role with orientation and training support for new specialty areas.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire

Within 6 months of hire:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced clinical setting with:

• Frequent movement (standing, bending, lifting)
