Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition or medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
