    RN Clinical Supervisor – Private Duty Nursing

    What You'll Do

    Complete patient assessments and admissions

    Develop and oversee individualized care plans

    Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care

    Medication reconciliation and clinical oversight

    Mentor and support field clinicians

    Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

    Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
    • Experience in private duty nursing
    • Experience overseeing field-based clinical staff
    • Current CPR certification
    • Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed
    • Willingness to travel within the service area
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
    • Eligible to work in the United States

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Leadership or supervisory experience in home health or private duty nursing
    • Experience with quality improvement or clinical program support
    • Minimum 2 years of home health care experience
    • Knowledge of state home care regulations, supervisory visit documentation requirements, and private duty care standards
    • Experience with charting and care plan documentation
