THE UNIT Allegheny Generals 7C Neuro ICU is a 22 bed unit.

RN assists MD under sterile conditions with procedures.
This is a teaching unit. Head blocks, strokes, acute strokes, IVTPA, run codes.
Allegheny General Hospital (AGH) is a Level I Shock Trauma Center.

GENERAL OVERVIEW Directs and provides professional nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordinates the daily clinical and operational components of the unit.
