Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse / Clinical Research Nurse to support multiple clinical research trials. The ideal candidate will have substantial patient-facing clinical research experience, strong EPIC proficiency, and hands-on experience coordinating patient enrollment, clinical trial visits, and follow-up care.
Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple clinical research trials in accordance with established protocols and standard operating procedures.
Support investigators throughout the conduct of clinical research studies.
Coordinate patient enrollment, study visits, and follow-up care.
Serve as a liaison between sponsors, regulatory agencies, patients, investigators, nurses, and other clinical staff.
Maintain accurate clinical trial documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Assist with training new research assistants and clinical research coordinators.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience involving direct patient management.
Previous patient-facing clinical trials experience is mandatory.
EPIC experience is mandatory.
Must have a blood-draw qualification or clinical credential, such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Medical Assistant, or Phlebotomist.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Experience coordinating patient enrollment, study visits, and follow-up care.
Device trial experience will not be accepted.
Bench trial experience will not be accepted.
Candidates with solely data-focused clinical research experience are not eligible.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
Neurological clinical research experience.
Spanish or Korean language skills.
Experience managing complex clinical research protocols and patient populations.
