Exciting news! Optimal Care is implementing NestMed, an AI, HIPAA secure program that captures visits as they happen. NestMed can draft roughly 90% of your documentation, including OASIS and HOPE items, assessment answers, narrative, and plan of care. Other organizations who have adopted this platform have seen documentation time drop substantially. That means you can be present with your patient and spend less time taking notes.
About the Role
Lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting patients and families during life’s final journey. As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing end-of-life care, ensuring every patient receives coordinated, high-quality support that honors dignity, comfort, and individual needs.
This role is ideal for an experienced RN who blends strong clinical judgment with leadership capability and a passion for hospice philosophy. You’ll guide and develop an interdisciplinary team—including nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other supportive services—while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence are consistently met. Partnering closely with field staff, physicians, and organizational leadership, you’ll shape care delivery, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of hospice services. Your leadership will directly influence both patient experience and team culture, ensuring compassionate care remains at the center of every decision.
