As the Clinical Manager, you'll provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing and support staff while helping create a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care.
You'll collaborate closely with the Program Director, Medical Director, and health system leadership to ensure seamless operations, outstanding patient experiences, and high clinical quality standards.
This position supports the Deaconess + Intuitive Health Emergency Room and Urgent Care partnership; however, the selected candidate will be employed directly by Intuitive Health and will be eligible for Intuitive Health compensation and benefits programs.
