As an RN Clinic Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of our on-site clinic, ensuring that participants receive high-quality care. This role involves coaching and mentoring a dynamic team while collaborating with other leaders to enhance workflows and participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all clinic operations to ensure high standards in care delivery.
Hire, coach, and develop clinic staff including RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers.
Partner with the Center Manager and Medical Director to improve clinical workflows.
Act as a liaison between clinical staff and other departments.
Serve as the point of contact for CMS auditors and support quality audits.
Monitor key metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
Manage clinic inventory and equipment.
Develop and refine scheduling, training, and inventory processes.
Provide clinical support as needed, including triage and assessments.
Deliver ongoing training for staff and foster a learning culture.
