Community Care is hiring a RN Clinic Manager to join our Family Care Program team. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys team collaboration, community case management, being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a full-time opportunity working out of our Vliet location.

Clinic Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the daily operations of one of Community Care's Primary Care Clinics
  • Responsible for direct supervision of staff, budget oversight and on-site triage of patients in need of urgent care
  • Will work in close collaboration with Primary Care providers and other Community Care teams

Clinic Manager Job Requirements:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma required. Bachelors in Nursing preferred
  • Licensure: WI RN licensure and current CPR/AED required
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in geriatric health care setting, including supervisory experience. Preferred management experience

Additional Requirements

If an LPN, Bachelors degree in nursing would be achieved within 5 years. Consideration would be given to Community Care, Inc. LPNs who are currently enrolled in an RN program.
