    Position Summary

    As an RN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality nursing care while leading and supporting the nursing team. This position is responsible for delivering direct resident care and overseeing the daily nursing operations to ensure services are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
    • Supervise and support nursing staff, including Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
    • Monitor resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care interventions.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, facility policies, and clinical best practices.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
    • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

    Qualifications

    ?

    Required:

    • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
    • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents.

    Preferred:

    • Previous experience as an RN Charge Nurse.
    • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience.
