Full Time Charge RN position , working Night shift in the CVICU at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ
What you'll do:
The Registered Nurse in the 15 bed CVICU participates in increased levels of care in a dynamic Cardiac and Vascular Intensive Care Unit setting that provides quality care to higher acuity patients that require therapies, complex cardiothoracic surgeries and mechanical devices such as CRRT, Impella, IABP, Targeted Temperature Management, or Open Heart surgical patients. Additional opportunities to care for Structural Heart patients (TAVR, Watchman, Mitral Clips).
The Clinical Nurse Leader RN is responsible and accountable to the Department Director for the coordination and effective operation of the unit on the assigned shift. CNL Performs duties in the nursing capacity as needed and is qualified.

Responsible for compliance with overall nursing practice standards of the specialty area.
