Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab
Location: Detroit, MI 48202
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: 630am-7pm; 3- days o All prescheduled o 7pm-630am – Weeknight; 7pm-630am Friday – Monday Morning; One position schedule will be 9am-930pm Tuesday-Thursday with only weekend call

Pay Range:
Local: $70 - $75/hr. ($2,520.00 - $2,700.00/week)
Travel: $75.19 - $80.19 ($2,707.00 - $2,887.00/week)

Job Summary:  

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. 

Required:

• BLS from AHA
• Ecmo and structural heart experience
• Previous ICU experience
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
