Pride Health is hiring a Home Health/Hospice RN to support our client's healthcare facility in Corpus Christi, TX.

Job Details:

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts scheduled within the hours of 8:00 am-6:00 pm (Monday-Friday).

Location: Corpus Christi, TX.

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: Approximately 13 weeks

Pay Range: $53-57

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate care for hospice patients in home and facility settings within the assigned coverage area.
  • Participate in a rotating backup on-call schedule, including one weekday eveening/night and one weekend every 4- 6 weeks.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • License(s): Active Registered Nurse RN) license.
  • Certification(s): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Years of experience: 1+ years
