Job Title: RN – Case Manager (ED Night Shift) Location: Irvine, CA 92612 Duration: 12 Weeks | Possible Extension Shift: Nights | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Travel Pay: $2736/Weekly
Job Summary:
Coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and transitions of care in the Emergency Department.
Assess patient needs and develop care plans focused on quality outcomes and safe, cost-effective care.
Perform utilization review using InterQual or other approved criteria.
Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, payers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Support appropriate patient placement, referrals, and post-hospital services.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Active RN License
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
1 year of Case Management experience
