Job Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care

• Arrange your daily and weekly schedule to suit your needs

• Care coordination for better outcomes

• Variety of home visits including medication checks, wound care, IV infusions, and assessments 

• Electronic charting completed on iPad provided for you

Job Requirements

• Good Communication Skills

• Florida RN License

• 1 year of experience

• Participate in a team that supports you
