At Riverside Home Health & Hospice, we've been providing exceptional Home Health and Hospice care across Josephine and Jackson Counties for more than 20 years. Now, we're expanding our footprint in Roseburg-and we're looking for a strong RN leader to help us build what's next.

This is a hands-on, full-time role for a nurse who thrives in growth environments and wants to make a lasting impact-not just fill visits.

What You'll Be Doing (High Level)
  • Providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes
  • Educating and supporting patients and caregivers
  • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
  • Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
  • Helping develop workflows, processes, and best practices
  • Serving as a clinical and cultural leader in the Roseburg market

This role will evolve as the branch grows-and your input will help shape that growth.

Pay & Benefits That Support You

$50-$55/hour (DOE)

Up to $7,500 sign-on / relocation / student loan bonus

What You'll Need
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Leadership mindset with flexibility and initiative
  • Home Health or Hospice experience preferred (not required)
