What You'll Be Doing (High Level)- Providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes
- Educating and supporting patients and caregivers
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
- Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
- Helping develop workflows, processes, and best practices
- Serving as a clinical and cultural leader in the Roseburg market
This role will evolve as the branch grows-and your input will help shape that growth.
Pay & Benefits That Support You$50-$55/hour (DOE)
Up to $7,500 sign-on / relocation / student loan bonus

What You'll Need- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Leadership mindset with flexibility and initiative
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred (not required)
