• Education Requirements: Valid RN license for Montana
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of care coordination/discharge planning experience; experience with different insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.); referral intake experience
• Other Requirements: Strong bedside manner; ability to commute to Billings, MT; Cerner experience preferred; excellent communication skills; flexibility with shift schedules and hours
