RN Case Management Supervisor (Workers' Compensation)

Location: California (Remote or Hybrid Opportunities Available)
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 Base + Annual Bonus

A growing and well-established organization is seeking an experienced RN Case Management Supervisor to lead a Workers' Compensation case management team. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a clinical professional with strong workers' compensation experience and a passion for mentoring and developing staff.

Requirements

• 
  
• Active California RN license
• 
  
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation required
• 
  
• Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience required
• 
  
• Previous supervisory, management, or team lead experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• 
  

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Supervise and support a team of nurse case managers
• 
  
• Ensure quality, compliance, and service excellence across the department
• 
  
• Assist with workload management, performance coaching, and staff development
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive claim outcomes
• 
  
• Support operational initiatives and process improvement efforts
•
