RN Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Travel Pay Rate: Responsibilities Include: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Job Title: RN – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
Location: San Francisco CA
Duration: 3 months contract (possibility of extension)
Shift Time: Days/Night Shift | Every other weekend & holidays required
Pay Rate: Up to $80-$85/hour on W2
Travel Pay Rate: 

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions and clinical status.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic status.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
• Assist with the management of ventilated and critically ill patients as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.

 
Required Experience & Certifications:

• Minimum 1 years of recent RN CVICU experience within last 3 years of experience
• Active RN California state license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
