Greetings, hope this finds you well.
My name is Galina. I’m a social worker, college educator turned nurse entrepreneur.
The reason for this post is to connect with a kind, gentle, compassionate, experienced and light spirited nurse. Someone who loves what they do and has a natural talent of connecting the people, giving others hope, creating an environment that is positive for work and promotes healing for older adults.
You see, in today’s world care can be rushed, care can be stressful, and many older adults miss out on the great care that we nurses can genuinely deliver.
I became a nurse entrepreneur so that I can create a service that provides discrete, professionally coordinated life enhancing care to retired executives and professional families who value quality care and peace of mind.
I have created a beautiful company and if it sounds like I’m bragging a little bit, you are right, I’m, but you have to come work with me to see it for yourself.
I’m looking for an RN to fill the position of an Assistant Administrator, Care Manager, Trainer and Professional Development for Caregivers in my Home Care Giving Company

NURSE GALINA’S CAREGIVING OF NEW JERSEY
Welcome to my online community. My name is Galina. I am a nurse and care navigator.
I am looking forward to meeting you really sooon.
I like to share with you all the great things that my caregivers and I do to help and support caregiving families but first a little bit about me and how this service came about.
My first love was social work. I worked as a social worker for eight years and I saw first hand the challenges of finding reliable, trustworthy, affordable and life enhancing home care so I became a nurse to better understand and help more people.
I became a registered nurse and worked in an acute care setting in the hospital, and worked as a home care nurse. My passion for teaching families intensified and I so got a master’s degree in nursing education.
