Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedics & Sports Medicine (Full-Time)

Novant Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Jetton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. This role collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do

• Establish meaningful, patient-centered relationships that foster trust, communication, and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support patient health, recovery, and wellness.Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN license in appropriate state Required. ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT, preferred.
