About the role
As an Aesthetic Injector, you will provide high-quality injectable treatments, consult with patients on aesthetic goals, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver safe, thoughtful, results-driven care. You will partner closely with the practice team to support patient retention, education, and an exceptional med spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, within scope of licensure and training.
- Conduct patient consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
- Build trusted patient relationships and support long-term treatment plans.
- Partner with the practice team to deliver a polished, professional, and welcoming patient experience.
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, injectable techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.
Ideal candidate
- Licensed RN in State of Texas
- Prior hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables.
- Experience with Botox or other neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Strong consultation skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Confidence creating natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes.
- Professional, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced med spa environment.
- Part-time availability, with flexibility based on business and patient needs.

Compensation
$45-$58 per hour, based on experience. Performance Incentives will be disussed.
