Compensation

• Starting Pay:$29–$32/hour (based on experience)
• $3/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential
• $4/hour Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday)

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents
Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, resident-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Current South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
