We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Coordinator for a hybrid role in our manufacturing team . This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our business by managing product returns, creating credit memos, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting RMA Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of product returns, including the receipt, processing, and disposition of returned goods.
2. Creating and issuing credit memos in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Maintaining meticulous records of all product returns and credit memos.
4. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial aspects of product returns are accurately reflected in the company's financial records.
5. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to understand the reasons for product returns and to develop strategies for reducing the frequency of returns.
6. Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to create reports, analyze data, and present findings to management.
7. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the handling of product returns and the issuance of credit memos.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Consulting RMA Coordinator position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:


1. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven expertise in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively.
4. Experience with managing product returns and creating credit memos.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. The ability to work effectively in a team and to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
8. A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to drive changes in processes and procedures.
