    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Rivers Walk Assisted Living Facility

    Location: Rivers Walk Assisted Living Facility – Dayton, WA

    Schedule: Full-Time | Day (5:30am – 6pm) & Night (5:30pm – 6am) Shifts available

    Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour | Sign-on Bonus: $3,000

    Shift Differentials: Evenings ($0.70); Nights ($1.25); Weekends ($1.00)

                 
    Flexible Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required | 1:10 CNA to Resident Ratio

    We are seeking a compassionate and energetic CNA to join our Assisted Living team! If you love making a difference in people’s lives and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this role is for you.

    Qualifications

    • Active Washington State CNA license
    • BLS certification every 2 years
    • Current First Aid and Food Handler’s required
    • Dementia and Mental Health certs preferred – we will help you obtain!
       

    Responsibilities

    • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
    • Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
    • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
    • Help with meals and encourage participation in programs
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
    • Complete documentation accurately and on time
    • Support team spirit and positive community relations
