Risk Register Coordinator

Support pond water quality activities, including: Weekly communication with ProPetro regarding frac pad locations and coordinates. Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate plans and schedules to close open Risk Register items.

Job Summary

• Coordinate and track activities to close open Risk Register items.
• Perform field visits in Midland to verify installed equipment and safety devices.
• Support infrastructure verification and water management activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate plans and schedules to close open Risk Register items.
• Conduct field visits to:
  • Locate installed PSVs (Pressure Safety Valves).
  • Verify PSV tag information.
  • Verify PSV sizing.
  • Identify untagged PSVs.
• Develop replacement plans for untagged or non-compliant PSVs.
• Coordinate MOC (Management of Change) activities with Operations and Maintenance schedules.
• Perform field verification of infrastructure to confirm feasibility of future production plans.
• Document field findings for Engineering and Planning teams.
• Support pond water quality activities, including:
  • Weekly communication with ProPetro regarding frac pad locations and coordinates.
  • Monthly upload of sampling data into the main Excel database.

Required Skills

• Technician-level engineering experience.
• Strong coordination and planning skills.
• Risk Register management/tracking.
• Field equipment verification.
• Ability to read and verify equipment tags and specifications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Basic Excel/data management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams.

Qualification

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
