Risk Manager – West Coast Region

7–10+ years of commercial P&C brokerage or agency-side risk management experience, with a strong track record of delivering client-facing risk management services. This client-facing role focuses on analyzing risk, identifying coverage gaps, developing insurance strategies, and helping Producers win and retain business.

A national insurance broker is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to support Producers with large, complex commercial P&C accounts. This client-facing role focuses on analyzing risk, identifying coverage gaps, developing insurance strategies, and helping Producers win and retain business.
REQUIREMENTS
7–10+ years of commercial P&C brokerage or agency-side risk management experience, with a strong track record of delivering client-facing risk management services. Must be comfortable presenting complex insurance concepts, analyzing loss runs and claims history, reviewing policies, and turning data into actionable recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead client and prospect presentations on loss analytics, coverage gaps, and risk management strategies.
• Serve as a resource for middle-market and large, complex accounts.
• Partner with Producers and regional teams on account strategy and client solutions.
• Train and support Producers in using risk management tools and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex account reviews and new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong commercial P&C coverage knowledge and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or equivalent experience.
• CIC, CPCU, or other insurance designations preferred.
