Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Risk Cost Analyst to be based in Sacramento, CA .Job SummaryThe Risk Cost Analyst will provide best practices to identify potential areas of refinement to detecting, monitoring, and supporting the management of risks to ensure the Program's success. The role involves conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and advising senior management on strategies to minimize and manage risks.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct regular risk assessments across project processes to identify potential threats to project continuity and performanceMonitor internal and external factors that could impact the project's risk profileAnalyze and quantify risks using qualitative and quantitative methods, including risk modeling, scenario analysis, and data analyticsAssess financial, operational, legal, regulatory, and reputational risks to determine appropriate mitigation strategiesWork with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies and control measuresPrepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risks, potential impacts, and recommended actionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and related documentationQualificationsMinimum RequirementsBA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Preferred Qualifications10+ years of related experienceExperience working in large-scale programs or multi-disciplinary teamsAbility to multi-task and assess competing competenciesAdditional InformationTravel may be requiredSponsorship is not offered for this position now or in the future.Compensation$120,000-$120,000 per yearAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, we believe in your potential and are here to help you achieve it.
