Risk Advisory Partner (TPRM Skill)

Advise on risk model, tiering and scoring logic, due diligence routing, issue/remediation and exception approval design as CBRA business rules are carried into TPRM. Act as a trusted advisor to client risk stakeholders and the Client leadership team, supporting workshops and phase-gate reviews.

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Risk Advisory Partner (TPRM Skill) for their Charlotte, NC/Jersey City, NJ/Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Senior risk advisor who provides independent risk oversight and advisory guidance on client's CBRA to ServiceNow TPRM migration.
• Ensure the solution design aligns with third-party risk management principles, governance standards and control expectations.
• Advise on risk model, tiering and scoring logic, due diligence routing, issue/remediation and exception approval design as CBRA business rules are carried into TPRM.
• Challenge and review design, configuration and AI-use decisions from a risk and regulatory perspective; advise on audit-trail and evidence retention through the cutover.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client risk stakeholders and the Client leadership team, supporting workshops and phase-gate reviews

 
Requirements:

• Top Skills Required :
• Third-party risk management advisory – frameworks, regulatory expectations and control design
• IRM / GRC knowledge, ideally ServiceNow TPRM, Policy & Compliance and Operational Resilience
• Senior stakeholder advisory and governance / independent-review experience in financial services or insurance
• Years of Experience:  
• 18.00 Years of Experience
• Key deliverables:
• Independent risk review of design decisions, risk-model and control guidance, and risk sign-off input at each phase gate
