Ansell is looking for a RightCycle Program Leader for NA to join the team!
This role will lead the strategic growth and execution of the RightCycle Program across North America by developing regional expansion plans, partnering with commercial teams to increase program adoption, and driving double-digit growth. The position will work closely with Sales and Marketing to execute demand generation campaigns, support the pursuit of multi-site customer opportunities focused on sustainability and zero waste-to-landfill initiatives, deliver sales training and enablement programs, and promote RightCycle as a value-added solution that strengthens customer relationships and generates new business opportunities.

What will your role be?
Develop and execute the North American growth strategy for the RightCycle Program to drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Partner with Sales Directors to create strategic account campaigns that generate incremental sales opportunities with multi-site customers.
Collaborate with Inside Sales to design and implement demand generation and customer nurturing campaigns that increase lead conversion and retention.
Serve as the RightCycle subject matter expert for sales teams, distribution partners, and customers, promoting the program''s environmental and business value.
Lead customer implementations by developing educational tools, driving employee engagement, and conducting program rollouts at large customer sites.
Build and deliver sales enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and ongoing coaching for commercial teams.
Establish and support a network of program champions across business segments to increase program utilization and advocacy.
Develop sales and marketing collateral in partnership with regional teams and external agencies to effectively communicate program benefits.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, aligning commercial, marketing, and service teams on program priorities and objectives.
Support the pilot and launch of new service offerings, including participant identification, execution, and value proposition validation.
Manage the regional program budget and monitor enrollment, participation, and program performance.
Develop forecasting tools and track sales opportunities to measure growth potential and support business planning.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, including ROI, revenue generation, conversion rates, and program growth.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance across the region.

Education
Job Experience
Knowledge and Skills
Experience in sales, sales enablement, business development, or supporting commercial organizations.
Experience with consultative sales methodologies such as Challenger Selling, Value Selling, or other solution-based sales approaches.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Strong understanding of sustainability, circular economy principles, and their application in customer-facing solutions.
Experience in recycling, waste management, environmental services, sustainability programs, or related industries is preferred.
Ability to translate customer challenges into value-based solutions that drive business and sustainability outcomes.
Desirable Job Competencies
Experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Strong project management and business planning capabilities, including budget and P&L responsibility.
Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
Experience leading teams, projects, or direct reports.
Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)
Periodic travel required, up to 25% of total time.
