    Description

    Olive Recruiting is seeking a Rigging Project Manager for our client in Manassas, VA. This role is responsible for managing rigging projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across all job sites.

    Location: Manassas, VA with travel to project sites in the surrounding region
    Full-time, direct hire
    Schedule: Primarily field-based with flexibility for off-hours and emergency response as needed
    Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, full benefits package including health, dental, 401k, PTO, and bonus potential

    Responsibilities:
    · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery
    · Oversee and direct field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements
    · Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, coordination, and execution
    · Monitor project progress against estimates and budgets, ensuring profitability and performance goals are met
    · Enforce safety standards and quality control processes across all job sites
    · Respond to urgent project needs, including off-hours or emergency situations
    · Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support overall project success

    Qualifications:
    · High school diploma required, additional technical training or certifications preferred
    · Proven experience in rigging, heavy lift, or related construction project management
    · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
    · Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently and make decisions in high-pressure environments
    · Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing project demands
    · Physically capable of visiting and navigating active job sites, both indoor and outdoor
    · Ability to pass a background check and access secure or government facilities if required
    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    · Working knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices
