Ridge Marina - Pro Shop Specialist

Position Summary

The Pro Shop Sales Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the dealership#39;s front office and retail areas. This position is responsible for greeting customers, managing incoming calls, processing payments, assisting with basic billing inquiries, coordinating and booking boat rentals, and managing incoming calls, processing payments, assisting with basic billing inquiries, coordinating and booking boat rentals, and maintaining the Pro Shop and Ship Store through effective merchandising, inventory managements, and product sales. In a fast-paced, customer-focused marine environment, this role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude and a genuine interest in boating and the on-water lifestyle. The role contributes to a welcoming customer experience while supporting the dealership#39;s operational and sales objectives.
