A ride operator must be able to work well under pressure, be a team player, and be customer service oriented. Running, being able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, and basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Must be willing to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Pay 12.00 dlls per hour. 
A Ride Operator must have the ability to operate rides safely and correctly.  This position calls for someone who is very people oriented.  Verbal communication skills are extremely important.  Must have a complete understanding of the ride operator process and must enjoy working outdoors.  A ride operator must be able to work well under pressure, be a team player, and be customer service oriented.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Must have excellent guest service skills.
2. Must be able to operate mechanical amusement rides safely and correctly.
3. Must work honestly and efficiently.
4. Must be able to work independently.
5. Must follow park safety guidelines and procedures.
6. Must be willing to help other departments as needed.
7. Responsible for checking work schedule and being on time when scheduled to work.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be able to work in a team environment.
2. Must be able to present new and innovative ideas on how to improve procedures, etc.
3. Must possess good math and writing skills.
4. Must have a high sense of commitment, as well as good people skills.
5. Must be dependable and honest.
6. Must be able to perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by Management
7. Must be at least 16 years old.
8. Running, being able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, and basic math, reading, and writing skills.
