We’re a heart-led, privately owned home care agency seeking dedicated
PCAs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants who are ready to make a meaningful difference.
CERTIFICATION REQUIRED — NO EXCEPTIONS An
active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a
hard or digital copy of their current certificate/license on or before the interview.
Location: Chesterfield, VA 23832
Available Shifts
- Saturday/Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Competitive Pay:$16.00–$18.00/hour, based on credentials and experience

What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Prepare simple meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Follow care plans and communicate with families
What We’re Looking For
- Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification — Required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
