    RF Welder and Industrial Sewing Machine Technician

    Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:15 AM

    • Do you enjoy switching between industrial sewing and RF fabric welding to build precision products?
    • Are you confident reading prints and work orders and translating them into high-quality output?
    • Do you thrive in a team that values safety, accuracy, and reliable production?

    What You’ll Do

    • Run multiple fabrication machines per instructions, specifications, and prints.
    • Operate industrial sewing machines, RF fabric welders, grommet machines, and related tools.
    • Measure and verify with tape measures, rulers, squares, chalk lines; cut and mark using scissors and marking pencils.
    • Perform routine machine checks, minor maintenance, and setting adjustments.
    • Load and feed materials manually or via automated systems; monitor quality in real time.
    • Record counts, defects, and variances precisely.
    • Move materials using jack trucks, hand carts, and push carts.
    • Collaborate with teammates and keep the work area clean and safe; follow all safety policies.

    What You Bring

    Education & Experience

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
    • Ability to learn new equipment and product specifications quickly.

    Skills & Traits

    • Keen eye for detail; consistent, quality-focused work.
    • Comfort with work instructions, schedules, drawings, specs, and BOMs.
    • Shop math proficiency (fractions, percentages, ratios, measurement).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical approach.
    • Understands or can follow OSHA and environmental guidelines.
    • Reliable and team-oriented with solid attendance.
