Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RF Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced RF production and design verification test solutions for electronic assemblies. The role will focus on building and advancing RF test platforms supporting frequencies up to 50 GHz, primarily for Aerospace & Defense customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RF production test strategies, plans, and solutions.
• Architect RF test platforms supporting high-frequency testing up to 50 GHz.
• Develop test solutions involving hardware, software, fixtures, system integration, and qualification.
• Review product specifications and translate requirements into production test strategies.
• Develop and maintain test automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or similar tools.
• Debug tester issues using DOE, failure analysis, RCA, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Work with RF test equipment including VNA, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Provide technical leadership to local and remote engineering teams.
• Support customer interactions, vendor management, project planning, and global deployment.
• Drive RF test standards, capability development, and continuous improvement.

Must Have

• 7 10+ years of RF Test Development / Manufacturing Test
• Hands-on RF/Microwave testing experience
• High-frequency RF testing, ideally up to 50 GHz
• Production/manufacturing test development
• LabVIEW, TestStand, and/or Python
• RF test automation and HW/SW integration
• Hands-on RF test equipment experience
• Aerospace & Defense / Avionics / Electronics Manufacturing experience
• Test strategy, debugging, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis
