Job Summary

We are seeking an RF Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement production test solutions for RF electronic products. The role focuses on high-frequency RF testing up to 50 GHz, test automation, and HW/SW integration, with strong exposure to manufacturing and RF test environments.

Job Title: RF Test Development Engineer
Location: Maple Ridge, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RF production test strategies and solutions.
• Design RF test platforms supporting frequencies up to 50 GHz.
• Develop test software using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or similar tools.
• Integrate and debug RF test hardware, software, fixtures, and equipment.
• Work with VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and related RF equipment.
• Review product specifications and define test requirements.
• Lead test development projects and provide technical direction to engineering teams.
• Perform troubleshooting, failure analysis, DOE, and root-cause analysis.
• Support test qualification, installation, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7 10 years of RF Test Development experience.
• Strong experience in RF/Microwave and manufacturing/production test environments.
• Hands-on experience with high-frequency RF testing up to 50 GHz.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW, TestStand, and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generator.
• Experience with RF test automation, fixtures, and HW/SW integration.
• Strong debugging, DOE, failure analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Maple Ridge, MN.
