To design such a system requires excellent fundamentals in wireless systems and communications theory as well as sound programming practices.
As an RF Systems integration engineer, you will be engaged in the design validation for different wireless technologies right from the prototyping phase to mass production. You will be involved in the design of calibration routines and test algorithms and contribute to a multi faceted test SW suite. You will collaborate with chipset manufacturers, test equipment vendors as well as our in-house antenna and RFHW design teams to analyze wireless performance data and tackle the plethora of technical challenges it takes to deploy groundbreaking wireless features with impeccable quality.It is required to have BS in Electrical Engineering plus 2 years of industrial experience in RF / Wireless Industry (Consumer Products / Semiconductors / Aerospace etc.) Intuitive understanding in one or all of the following areas: RF Transceiver Blocks, Communications theory, RF Parameters Familiarity with RF/wireless test equipment and associated RF measurements Ability to read and write clean, clear, efficient and understandable code in one or more relevant programming languages (C, C++, Python). International and domestic travel is required (~15%)MSEE is preferred 5+ Years of industry experience or equivalent. Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and scalable software design principles Recent experience in developing test solutions for current and upcoming wireless RF standards (e.g. WiFi 802.11xx, Bluetooth 5.0, 5G, NFC, UWB) Familiarity with tools that enable high volume manufacturing of these technologies Experience Ability to break down complex problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions Energy and aim to thrive in a start-up like environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
