Position: RF Repair Technician A
Location: Rialto
Pay: $30 to $32 per hour
Shift: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM2:30 PM
Overtime: Possible as needed
Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Use soldering equipment to repair, modify, and replace components on electronic circuit boards and STB units.
Perform component-level soldering repair (through-hole and surface-mount).
Test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs (printed circuit boards) at the component level.
Work on radio equipment including radio antennas, amplifier transmitters, and related RF hardware.
Accurately document work and perform basic data entry as needed.
Follow safety guidelines while working around heavy electronic equipment (50+ lbs; lifting not required, but must be comfortable handling/moving equipment as needed, such as sliding radios on a conveyor).
Communicate with team members in English; training will be conducted in English.
Requirements
Resume + interview is REQUIRED.
Preferred: Radio Frequency (RF) knowledge and work experience on radio equipment / radio antennae / radio transmitters.
2+ years of through-hole and surface-mount soldering experience.
Component-level soldering repair experience is required.
Experience testing/troubleshooting/repairing PCBs at the component level.
Computer literate: basic computer proficiency & data entry; able to navigate applications (example: MS Office).
Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written) for training and daily work.
REQUIRED: Safety-toe shoes (technicians work around heavy equipment).
Work Environment
Electronics repair/production environment working with RF equipment and circuit boards in a fast-paced setting.
Work performed around heavy electronic equipment; safety compliance required.
