A Day in the Role
Start your shift in our Richmond, VA (23231) facility by syncing your handheld scanner and reviewing the day’s pick list. You’ll navigate the aisles, select items with precision, and prepare each order so it arrives exactly as our customers expect—on time and complete. Between waves, you’ll help keep the workspace tidy, jump in with teammates to hit productivity targets, and communicate any discrepancies you spot so issues are resolved quickly. When counts are needed, you’ll assist with cycle inventory and restocking to keep the flow moving.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and related tech to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Maintain an orderly, safe work area to support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily throughput and quality goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and replenishment as needed.
- Report product or count discrepancies to a supervisor without delay.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in warehousing or order selection is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to lift heavy items and stay on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable with basic computer use and inventory systems.
- Strong communicator and effective team player.
- Willing to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
