They design and build high-performance antenna solutions that support reliable communication across a wide range of environments, from industrial settings to emerging connectivity needs.Job DescriptionLead antenna design from concept through production, including patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom solutions. Run advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS to drive performance and reliability. Own prototype testing and validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers. Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, practical, and ready to build. Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance and integration issues through structured root-cause analysis. Mentor junior engineers, providing hands-on guidance in simulation, testing, and design reviews. Track emerging antenna technologies and materials, and apply them to new and existing products. Produce clear technical documentation, design reports, and customer-facing presentations.The Successful ApplicantA successful RF Engineer should have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in antenna or RF system design, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment OR 5+ years experience in electronic design.Minimum 1-2 years of soldering experience required.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD.
