SALARY: $22-$26/hr. DOE

LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm
*Drug screen and background check required upon offer

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Inspect PCBAs and electronic assemblies to identify defects and quality issues.
  • Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, de-soldering, rework, and component replacement.
  • Use microscopes and inspection tools to verify repairs and workmanship.
  • Follow IPC, ESD, safety, and quality standards throughout inspection and rework processes. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience with PCB and electronic assembly inspection, repair, and rework.
  • Strong hand soldering and de-soldering skills with SMT and through-hole components.
  • Proficiency using microscopes and magnification tools for detailed inspection and repair.
  • Knowledge of IPC, ESD, and quality standards; component-level troubleshooting experience preferred. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed PCB inspection, soldering, and rework tasks. Must have good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity to handle small electronic components, use microscopes and precision tools, and perform component-level repairs.
